How Do I Contact My Sitter?
You will receive a confirmation email which includes a short bio of your sitter along with his or her number.
Can I Meet My Sitter Ahead of Time?
Absolutely! Please include that you would like to meet your sitter in advance in the “Message” portion of your request form.
Can I Request A Specific Sitter Again?
Of course! Just put his or her name in the “Message” portion of your request form. Additionally, we recognize there may be sitters who parents might not “vibe” with. You can also tell us if you don’t want a certain sitter again and they will never know!
How Do I Pay My Sitter?
You can pay your sitter directly at the end of his or her shift using cash or Venmo.
